First off, thank you very much for taking the time to submit one of your designs. All submited layouts/wallpapers/winamp skins posted on Haru-Haru will be credited. Both your name and website url will be displayed. However, you must review the rules before submiting.

Submit A Premade Layout:

1) All layouts submited by you must be made by you. Make sure you credit all of the sources used when making the layout (image/brushes/etc). You must also provide a link back to Haru Haru Network on your pre-made layout. For example: Layout © Your Name , Downloaded from : Haru Haru Network. Anything similar to that will do.

2) The complete layout must not be over 450KB in size unless it comes with extras (buttons/avatars/blinkies/etc).

3) All images must either be .jpg or .gif format to decrease loading time. Sliced images are perferred but not required.

4) You must provide a zip file of the layout. Do not put a password on your .zip file.

5) Submit each layout only one time. Wait till the the sentence "Your pre-made layout/wallpaper/winamp skin has been sent successfully. Thank you for submiting a design! :)" appears on the screen before leaving the page.

Submit A Wallpaper/Winamp Skin:

1) All graphics submited by you must be made by you.

2) You are allow to submit the following type of graphics: (wallpaper/winamp skin).

Wallpaper: Must be either 800x600 or 1024 x 768. You can either submit one size or both (perferred).
Winamp Skin: Must be in a zip file.

3) All images must either be .jpg or .gif format for decrease loading time.

4) If you plan on submiting more than one piece of graphic, you have the choice of putting them into a zip file. Do not put a password on your .zip file.

5) Submit each graphic only one time. Wait till the the sentence "Your pre-made layout/wallpaper/winamp skin has been sent successfully. Thank you for submiting a design! :)" appears on the screen before leaving the page.

Within two weeks after submiting a design, you will recieve an email from from us only if we have accepted your design. If your design was rejected, always feel free to submit another one.
