We have received a lot of emails with suggestions and comments about our website, thanks for your support!! Sometimes, we get the same questions over and over again. So before you email us with a question, do go over all the questions and answers below first. ^-^

Questions Regarding To The Domain :

Will you host me? Will you sponser me?
Unfortunally, we are not in the position to host people as of the current moment. Since we usually purchase the most affordable plan we can find, our space and bandwidth is more limited than most other websites.

How can I donate/help out Haru Haru?
There are several ways to help out the domain without becoming a permanent staff member. We accept cash through paypal as a way to help pay for the hosting and domain fee each year. Every little bit helps because as of right now, I'm paying for everything by myself. You can also donate space and bandwidth by sponsering Haru Haru. Another great way to help out would be donating graphics you have created. This helps add more content to the website. :) For more details on donating, look at the navigation below the button "Donate". Thank you in advance!

What can I use and not use on your site?
Everything on this site is the result of hard work from staff members (including me), so it would help us a great deal if you do not steal anything! Linkware graphics (such as the pre-made layouts/designs) are allowed to be used for your personal website, but you must give us credit by linking back to Haru Haru. You are not allowed to edit any of our graphics (pre-made layouts, wallpapers, winamp skins) and call them your own. Also, do not take anything without permission.

How do I get in contact with one staff member personally?
On the profile page, we explained the jobs of each staff members, so you can contact them personally using the contact form below to give them your comments and suggestions.

Questions Regarding Coding (html, scripts, .php, etc) :

How do I create ____[coding]____ like the one used at Haru Haru?
I answered most of the coding questions submited in the past. However, I noticed that there are many other websites created with tutorials for this purpose. They could explain in a much clearer and easier to understand fashion than I can, :) Therefore, if you have a coding question, look at my credit page. There are couple of helpful websites listed. For any "html" question, I would suggest Lissa Explains. She offers such easy instructions on how do to all the basics.

How do I install a premade layout in ____[blog website]____?
Since I do not currently own a blog and have not used any of my premade layouts with a blog tool (xanga, myspace, blogger, greymatter, etc) before, I cannot help you with any blog questions. You can probably use the support service at the website where you created your blog at if they offer it.

Questions Regarding Graphics :

Do you guys take requests for graphics?
We barely have time to do the things we want because of school. *sigh* Therefore, we do not take requests. Basically, what you see is what you get, lol.

Can I use one of your old layouts?
You are only allow to use our free layouts if and only if you agree to link back. However, old and current layouts that we had made especially for any of our websites are not allowed to be used by anyone else.
